Home Warranty Details
The details of your Monthly Home Warranty™ residential service plan, including your warranty coverage period, any active promotions and your specific terms and conditions, can be viewed online by logging in to your account at www.monthlyhomewarranty.com using your email address and the password that was sent to you following the purchase of your warranty. If you have any inquiries or questions about your home warranty, please call Customer Service at 1-866-608-5311, Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm (CST), Saturday from 7am to 8pm (CST), and Sunday from 7am to 7pm (CST).

Service Request
In the event of a breakdown of your covered home system or appliance, you can initiate a repair service by calling Customer Service at 1-866-608-5311, Monday through Friday from 6am to 9pm (CST), Saturday from 7am to 8pm (CST), and Sunday from 7am to 7pm (CST). For emergencies, where a breakdown renders your home uninhabitable, please call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Once you explain the problem you are experiencing, our service representative will arrange for a qualified service provider to diagnose and repair or replace the covered home system or appliance.

Billing
For home warranties paid by recurring payments, you will be billed for your plan on the same day of the month at the payment frequency you selected, approximately 10 days prior to the anniversary day of your home warranty purchase. If you purchased plans for different residences at different times, you will be billed separately for each plan.

You can access all your historical billing transactions by logging in to your account at www.monthlyhomewarranty.com. You can also update your billing and payment information. Cancellations
With Monthly Home Warranty™ you control the duration of your warranty. You may cancel your home warranty at anytime. To cancel, please provide written notice to Home Service Protection Program, AMT Warranty Corp, 5800 Lombardo Center, Cleveland OHIO 44131.

Refunds
Since you control the duration of your Monthly Home Warranty™ residential service plan, you may cancel your warranty at any time prior to the contract end date. If you cancel within the first 30 days from the home warranty purchase date, a full refund will be made. If you cancel after 30 days, a pro-rata refund of the service agreement charge will be made less a $25 cancellation fee and less all claim value to-date of the cancellation request date.
